Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to own the flow of product from our manufacturers to our customers — planning inventory, managing supplier relationships, and keeping fulfillment fast and reliable as we grow.

What You'll Do

• Forecast demand and manage inventory across our product line to prevent stockouts and overstock.
• Own relationships with contract manufacturers and third-party fulfillment (3PL) partners.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality terms with suppliers.
• Coordinate production runs, inbound shipments, and logistics.
• Track key metrics — fill rate, lead time, and landed cost — and report on them.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years in supply chain, operations, or procurement — ideally in CPG, supplements, or e-commerce.
• Strong command of inventory planning and demand forecasting.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers and third-party logistics.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and inventory/ERP tools.
• Excellent organization and clear communication.
