If a product is not right for you, we want to make it straightforward to return.

• Return window: 30 days
• Condition required: return any unused portion in its original packaging — an opened bottle is fine
• Who pays return shipping: you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
• Refund method: your original payment method
• Time to see a refund: 5–10 business days

To start a return, contact support with your order number and we will send instructions. Do not send a package back without contacting us first — unannounced returns are difficult to match to an order.
