Performance Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition — building and scaling campaigns that bring the right customers to RockSolid Plus profitably.

What You'll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels.
• Own CAC, ROAS, and blended acquisition targets.
• Work with creative to test angles, hooks, and landing pages.
• Report clearly on spend, performance, and what to do next.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years in performance/growth marketing, ideally DTC or supplements.
• Hands-on experience running paid social and search at scale.
• Strong analytical instincts and comfort with the numbers.
• A test-and-learn mindset.
